How do you ship delicate candle art? ▼

We use specialized packaging with custom foam inserts, shock-absorbing materials, and temperature-controlled shipping to ensure your artwork arrives safely. Each piece is inspected and carefully wrapped by our team before shipment.

What are the shipping costs? ▼

Shipping costs vary based on size and location. Standard domestic shipping starts at $15, overnight shipping is available for $75. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive? ▼

Standard orders ship within 3-5 business days. Custom designs require 2-3 weeks creation time plus shipping. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

How do I properly burn my art candle? ▼

Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use. Allow the wax to melt entirely to the edges on the first burn (usually 3-4 hours). Never burn for more than 4 hours at once. Keep away from drafts and children.

How do I preserve the artwork on my candle? ▼

For display-only pieces, keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources. For burning candles, stop burning when there’s 1/2 inch of wax remaining to preserve the artwork base.

What’s the timeline for custom orders? ▼

Custom designs typically take 2-3 weeks to create after design approval. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. We’ll provide you with a digital proof within 3-5 business days.

Can I provide my own design? ▼

Yes! We can work with your artwork. Submit high-resolution files in PDF, PNG, or AI format. Our artists will review your design and suggest any adjustments needed for candle application.

What is your return policy? ▼

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Custom orders are final sale. Contact us for damaged items – we’ll arrange replacement or refund immediately.
